Piereth Sales Associates proudly announces a new member to their team. Chris Mansfield brings nearly two decades of experience in the pool and spa industry, with a career built around strong relationships, deep product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to customer success.
Over the years, Chris has worked closely with dealers, retailers, service professionals, and business owners across pool and patio furniture, pool chemicals, and equipment. His broad industry background allows him to understand both the day-to-day challenges his clients face and the long-term goals they’re working toward.
Chris spent nearly six years with one of the nation's largest chemical manufacturers in a customer-facing sales role, where he supported a wide range of accounts and became known for being highly responsive, dependable, and easy to work with.
In addition to his B2B experience, Chris built his retail foundation within the nation’s largest pool supply chain, where he gained a firsthand understanding of large-scale retail operations, competitive strategy, and what drives customer loyalty at the store level. He later applied that knowledge within privately owned pool stores, including serving as General Manager for an independent pool company in his hometown. That experience gave Chris a deep appreciation for the unique pressures small businesses face—thin margins, seasonal swings, and intense competition—and reinforced the value of having reliable, knowledgeable partners who are truly invested in their success.
Chris brings a collaborative mindset to his work, taking the time to understand each customer’s priorities and challenges. He prides himself on being approachable, dependable, and focused on building relationships that last. We are certain that Chris will be an excellent addition to our team.
