Piereth Sales Associates proudly announces a new member to their team. Chris Mansfield brings nearly two decades of experience in the pool and spa industry, with a career built around strong relationships, deep product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to customer success.
Over the years, Chris has worked closely with dealers, retailers, service professionals, and business owners across pool and patio furniture, pool chemicals, and equipment. His broad industry background allows him to understand both the day-to-day challenges his clients face and the long-term goals they’re working toward.
Chris spent nearly six years with one of the nation's largest chemical manufacturers in a customer-facing sales role, where he supported a wide range of accounts and became known for being highly responsive, dependable, and easy to work with.
In addition to his B2B experience, Chris built his retail foundation within the nation’s largest pool supply chain, where he gained a firsthand understanding of large-scale retail operations, competitive strategy, and what drives customer loyalty at the store level. He later applied that knowledge within privately owned pool stores, including serving as General Manager for an independent pool company in his hometown. That experience gave Chris a deep appreciation for the unique pressures small businesses face—thin margins, seasonal swings, and intense competition—and reinforced the value of having reliable, knowledgeable partners who are truly invested in their success.
Chris brings a collaborative mindset to his work, taking the time to understand each customer’s priorities and challenges. He prides himself on being approachable, dependable, and focused on building relationships that last. We are certain that Chris will be an excellent addition to our team. In our commitment to provide excellent customer service and to ensure that our dealers receive the support they deserve, we are excited to announce a strategic restructuring of our Sales Representatives' territories. As of June 1, 2025, your new sales representatives will be Piereth Sales.
Piereth Sales Associates was formed in 2004 as an independent sales firm initially specializing in the pool and spa industry throughout fourteen midwestern states. Noticing a high degree of consumer overlap, they expanded into Outdoor Casual Furniture in 2010. They are proud of their longstanding partnerships with the highest quality vendors and retailers in our industry. Piereth Sales is an active participant within the ICFA and Rich Piereth currently serves on the ICFA Sales Rep Council. While retail partners will have a primary contact, they will provide support as a team across the territory. They will be contacting you in the coming weeks to introduce themselves.

It is with a heavy heart and great excitement, that Piereth Sales Associates congratulates former Regional Sales Manager, Ryan Maloney, on his new role as National Sales Director at the prestigious Ebel Inc., further solidifying our vendor partnership here at PSA. As we bid adieu to Ryan, we extend a warm welcome to Eric Munn who joins PSA with more than 11 years of sales experience within Midwest territory. Eric has a lengthy sales resume and has represented more than 360 different manufacturers, selling to grocery and convenience store chains, as well as communication platforms to multifamily housing management companies. Eric’s extensive product knowledge, down to earth relationship skills, and consultative sales approach will be an excellent fit for our vendors and clients, alike.
Eric currently resides in Shawnee, Kansas with his wife Maggie, of four years. They share a beautiful two-year-old daughter named “Murphy” and a seven-year-old German Shepherd named “Stella”. When not working, Eric enjoys golfing, fishing, grilling and anything outdoors. His parents, as well as his siblings live in Cocoa Beach, Florida and in his free time, he loves to visit the beach. Eric has begun his role at PSA and is covering multiple states in the Midwest including, NE, IA, KS, MO, & Southern IL.
